Exodus of people because of poor management. Staff burnt out because of too much multi-tasking and then manager says you're not doing enough! Manager tries to get more work to make himself relevant without considering team's capacity and unprofessionally talks bad about those who doesn't agree with him. No training and expects you to do be an expert!
