      Pros

      good benefits and pay fairly clean enviroment

      Cons

      bad shift rotation and no holidays off had to work christmas and new years not consistant on standards and loves to write you up for the smallest of mistakes one time defect will be ok then the next it wont

      Pros

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
