      Pros

      Corporate presents a fairy tale rather convincingly.

      Cons

      They sign up branches, the branch make you sign an agreement that you are a W2 employee of corporate; that you have to clock in and out, that they will pay you an hourly wage plus commissions. The branch says: NOOOOO don't punch in, we'll take care of everything. HR claims the branch is incorrect and that your pay will be corrected. The branch freaks out that as an employee of corporate, you reach out to HR. The next thing you know, your license sponsorship is removed and your e-mail shut off!
