Cons
High stress, terrible overbearing middle management with unrealistic expectations. The technology is designed porly, clunky, not user friendly, buggy. AHT wants robots with no ideas or creativity. They expect you to come in early and stay late. There is little room for growth and the workload is heavy. There is lots of backbiting and distrust among coworkers and management. Don't ask questions, keep your head down, produce the metrics they want and don't make friends. Enthusiastc employees will get extra projects dumped on them and will burn out quickly. This company does not serve clients, they want to make money, end of story. Disorganized, do not communicate well, no one at the office knows what's going on and employees drownd while covering programmers and management's mistskes. Do not let them trick you into working there.
