Pros
An awesome place to work. The teams across Engineering and Manufacturing, and their ability to work closely together really make things flow well. Great people and diverse work with a solid work/life balance.
Cons
Longer interview process, but this is fairly subjective. The interviews were a solid introduction to many team members so it was not necessarily a bad thing.
