Pros
I can't say any Pro's about this company, I was already with another company when they took over a contract a site, Pay and benefits was transferred from my previous employer and through the union. ASP had nothing to do with it.
Cons
No communication about any changes being made. We have to go by day by day bases with this company. Management does not care about anyone but themselves. They cut people's hours from full time to part time after they got the contract without informing them first, this way they would have had the chance to transfer sites with the previous employer. They have messed up on ordering uniforms, HR paper work with pay and union contracts, vacation leave requests, and many other things. Their idea of cutting posts and overtime was cutting people's hours while they increase their pay. There is no room to grow because they hire mostly outsiders for their SOC and fire life and safety teams unless you served in the military. Management doesn't give a damn about you.
