The firm is small and staff completely ego driven so there is lots of autonomy because they are completely focused on themselves and furthering their own political agenda
Cons
There is limited if any sustainable work here and most of the people are complete blowhards that pitch ideas extensively but have limited experience in delivery

I'm not sure who wrote this, as there's no one who this could possibly be in the last few years. All of our staff in recent years have a longer time on staff than this person claims.
I hope this fake review doesn't color anyone's perception of our organization.

Great mission, important focus on bipartisanship.
Open to new ideas, and the internship supports a lot of great research. Interns able to have more help than anywhere.
Cons
The place is going through some changes - new location, temporary office space.

Pros
Firm allows for interns to contribute greatly to research. Staff are generally open and inviting towards new people.
Cons
The senior management of the firm is often times difficult to work with. In addition, the development of the firm as a non-profit often times leave much to be desired and has put it on unsure grounds once you look past a few months into the future.
