      - Supportive and encouraging District Manager who provided excellent leadership. - Fun, creative team environment with opportunities to collaborate and grow in a small business that is always improving and open to new ideas. - Strong focus on styling-based selling and building genuine client relationships. - Great opportunity to develop leadership skills and manage all aspects of store operations. - Great discount of 50-60% off clothing. Flexible dress code, but denim jeans were not allowed.

      Cons

      - Store cameras were sometimes monitored by ownership if business was down. - Some clothing shipments arrived with lower-quality items or damaged pieces, which could be frustrating for staff and customers.

      Clear expectations/communication, fair wages, great discount, reasonable work load for compensation, managers are accommodating and kind, opportunities for promotions! would love to move up in the company:)

      Pros

      Very fun environment, the customers can be so much fun interacting with. Loved my coworkers, they really made a shift so much fun. Everything was always a team effort whether it was styling our customers or tasking. The clothes can be very cute and trendy.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for kpi’s. The quality of some of the clothes does not match the price. Not size inclusive at all. No time and a half for working holidays. Employees are underpaid but expected the most of. 18 cameras in a store is overkill. Not providing your employees with a microwave or water is crazy.
