If you're very comfortable with the status quo and fit a very particular profile, you'll have a great time probably. Lots of open positions, frequently. which could mean nothing. Positions that are traditionally paid a lot for very little work seem to uphold that status quo. (probably seems like a Pro to you if you're still interested:) Positions that are traditionally underpaid for crucial work uphold *that* status quo.
