Pros
Co-workers are nice, and help pass the time. Otherwise nothing anymore. Every quarter they take something away.
Cons
Raises are low, unless your a lead or apart of the union. No room for advancement unless your an intern hired off the street. God forbid they give the opportunity to someone who has been there and give them a raise.
