There is nothing pros of working here other than if you will to be ideal all the time by choice or want to be fantasy for you manager .If yes then your career is a booming thing here.
Cons
This place is hell especially the GM who just is guy in himself full of politics .If he is not pleased by you will ruin one's career on a click .
