Pros

Some of the best, most collaborative coworkers I've ever had anywhere. People who work here are smart, friendly and helpful. Everyone is ready to help one another and delight our customers, which is really cool. Exciting work in a field that is constantly changing and evolving. Fully remote team means we don't waste time commuting and can be more productive in our homes or the working location of our choice.

Cons

Being fully remote can sometimes feel a little disconnected, however the company provides opportunities for virtual socializing and town hall meetings with the entire team. Also there are regular opportunities for in-person meetups in Atlanta which really helps with feeling connected to the team.

Pros

Very small company and having a lot of AI tools to play with.

Cons

Serious red flag about how the company is run and how employees are evaluated. The performance review process is conducted in an open forum format, which sounds collaborative in theory but in practice creates an environment where outcomes are driven by favoritism and nepotism rather than actual work quality. Employees who have strong personal relationships with senior leadership consistently receive better evaluations regardless of their contributions, while others who deliver solid work but lack that social capital are overlooked. Senior leadership also struggles with the fundamentals of running a startup consulting firm. Strategic decisions feel reactive rather than deliberate, and there is a heavy reliance on AI tooling to produce deliverables that fall short of enterprise-grade standards. For clients expecting sophisticated, bespoke consulting work, this is a meaningful gap. The culture ultimately rewards those who are "likeable" to the right people at the top, rather than those who are competent and hardworking. If you value a merit-based environment where your work speaks for itself, this may not be the right fit. Favoritism in reviews, weak leadership, below-par work quality masked by AI tools
