- High growth company with offices in several countries means growing pains for international workers - Perks are generally better for US and EU employees - Lean startup comes with higher expectations for employees (most employees are older/more experienced than the typical silicon valley startup) - Culture of safety/certification-oriented engineering is not for everyone, particularly the free spirited tech folks who are used to a more "move fast and break things" mindset. -Heavy tech/R&D-oriented culture implies less resources/infrastructure for non-tech departments (there's still some catching up to do on back office functions)
