      Pros

      - Focused, product and customer oriented company. - A place where things have to be and are done the right way. - Staff with very serious expertise. - Very little non-essential activities, you come here to do the actual job. - Very reasonable internal policies.

      Cons

      - Offices are probably a bit too spartan. - Crunches seem to happen from time to time. Some slack time might be nice. - Teams are geographically spread, which may cause some siloing. - It's a bit of a gamble as the brand is yet to establish itself in order to be able to win the best contracts on the market.

      Pros

      - Tackling one of the world's most exciting new technologies with the largest household name companies out there (autonomous vehicles, robots, planes, etc.) - Highly ambitious and capable leadership team with the experience and skills to make big things happen - Flexible, hybrid working environment enables people to do their best work - Competitive compensation (salary, equity, bonus) - Highly ambitious and competent executives drive overall culture of excellence

      Cons

      - High growth company with offices in several countries means growing pains for international workers - Perks are generally better for US and EU employees - Lean startup comes with higher expectations for employees (most employees are older/more experienced than the typical silicon valley startup) - Culture of safety/certification-oriented engineering is not for everyone, particularly the free spirited tech folks who are used to a more "move fast and break things" mindset. -Heavy tech/R&D-oriented culture implies less resources/infrastructure for non-tech departments (there's still some catching up to do on back office functions)

      Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have recently hired a Senior HR Specialist who is actively working on improving and adding more benefits for our international office locations. Additionally, we are always looking for ways to build our culture through events, workshops, feedback surveys, our social committee, and People team. Of course, there is always room for improvement and we actively look for feedback from valuable reviews like this to add to that process.
