Pros

Product's great, Sales Manager Supportive - not sure what other people on this review site are on about, sales clearly not for them. Team Leaders are great and Sales Director clearly trying to drive the business to grow

Cons

Similar to others on here, need more marketing. Its a cold calling only role. Very tough. Never met anyone above the Sales Director

Pros

Have some great people working there The product is really strong with a good USP Hybrid work with the tools needed in sales (Cognism, Zoominfo, Linkedin Pro) Clear progression in job role and pay if you hit targets

Cons

Office is outdated, and lacks essentials like a bin outside or ashtray unit, so gets quite gloomy going in Lack of training and actionable feedback Certain people in management roles can be misleading and slightly passive aggressive in approach No clear direction on who to go to for certain issues

Pros

Good product Can work remotely sometimes

Cons

Very toxic work environment where management look after their mates and nobody else matters Lots of progression promised but training is lacking and only people who play golf at the weekends get promoted. OTE not achievable, they just use it to get people to join. Very high staff turnover. Don't bother getting to know anyone new. The office is really grimy and dimly lit and often asked to work in silence. Not a good atmosphere for staff but they don't seem to notice or care There doesn't seem to be a business plan. Would help if management actually came in and understood the business and sales trainers had picked up a phone in the last 10 years.
