Hybrid working Good colleagues Can make mates easily Good culture

Cons

Poor management Poor training Sold a dream in interviews and in reality the OTE and comission isnt what they are advertising No ability to be innovative Training consists of classroom style with an approach of figure it out yourself - Managers who haven't cold called in years training SDRs Progression is hard, there have been SDRs there for 3+ years not considered for promotion The hybrid working, be clear on days on site and if there are changes have senior management also follow the changes Horrible office feels like a dimly lit prison

Great team leadership, always have time to review your progression. After leaving the Army, I didn't think I would see leadership comparable, but I was swiftly proved wrong.

Cons

Sales is a tough role, not for everybody.
