Pros
1) The food /beverage/snack options. 2) Team members are very helpful, work very closely, and you can make friends and bond easily over how dreadful the work environment is. 3) The entire company is very protective of their company culture. If you are recently out of college and starting your career, this is the place for you as you will learn how a company shouldn't be run.
Cons
Frankly I don't have much work experience but something is just not right about this place. Management can be too political at times. Far too much in terms of opacity between departments. Collaboration can sometimes be seen as a waste of time by management when it should be encouraged to develop better company morale.
