Great work-life balance and collaborative culture - Recruiter Application Engineering Group Employee Review

I was fortunate enough to work with AEG staff member who was very professional and prompt with their answers. They have recently placed me with a company and they have coordinating with me and client continuedly to keep us in the loop. They are honest people and very easy to work with.

There are no cons whatsoever working with AEG.

The coworkers are very nice and friendly

Management has no clue how to lead, very rude and abrasive in private conversations while portraying a “buddy buddy” attitude publicly. Essentially no age or race diversity, expect 95% to be young and white.
