    I have been working at Application Engineering Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Various projects, lots of new experiences. Great people to learn from. Traveling.

    Cons

    I havent found any con's so far. Only salary isn't as high as i wanted to be.

    Advice to Management

    Better pay. Pay isn't so great.

    A job wear you may improve technical abilities. You may also enjoy not having to trouble and having a social life.

    Cons

    Sometimes the job might get a bit boring if there are no good project to work on during the week.

    Advice to Management

    Plan ahead projects and make sure there is some adding value to them. Keep a weekly follow to projects to see advance.
