      Small company where the owners really show care of the employees. Fantastic medical coverage as well as competitive pay, generous pto, and flexibility.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity to move up the ladder.

      Pros

      Managment at the company is fantastic. They are always straight forward to what is happening. They don't micro manage you. Honeslty a great company to work for. This is the best company that I have had the priviledge to wor for.

      Cons

      The job is/was contract based, Contracts have end dates. I wish the contract could continue for another 20 years.
