The metrics upon which bonuses are based conflict when it comes to efficiency and customer satisfaction. You get 16-20 houses a day and get 20 minutes to do each one whether it’s a track home or a full on farm. (Some routes are just farms..) You will be expected to show up and close bad faith deals where the customer is uninformed and even misinformed and told a price that they could never actually get and your left to clean up the situation for no extra pay. That’s was an everyday thing for me.
