Corporate are evil useless awful people who mandate ridiculous quotas, the sales teams over promises the aptive pro service whatever is garbage, the customers are furious because they were scammed into a contract that's trash for what they pay monthly. The initial service charge discount trap is awful. The expectations for techs are set so high by the wide coverage everyone gets but the service time is typically too short for effective pest control. The company requires photos of every account serviced and almost certainly sells the data to third party data brokers. I was hired for 20.50 an hour in NYS with 7 years pest control exp and license and my own business. After proving my knowledge and ability they refused to give me an offer I couldnt refuse. They want to exploit young techs with low wages and high quotas via intimidating micro management and metrics tracking asking us to service 14-18 houses a day.
