Pros
You can get great experience(depending on which Team you’re in ). very powerful name on your resume. Great health insurance. If you have a fair manager, you can get promotions, bonuses or raises if you are working really hard, noting that your manager will have to fight for that to get it to you.
Cons
Mostly promotions, bonuses and raises are given on biased personal reasons. with no regards to how hard you work. Zero work life balance, you are expected to work, late nights, weekends and offical holidays, No appreciation. Low salaries. No clear career path.
