    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Arab Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The legacy of the Shoman's name. International exposure was great. The bank has huge untouched potential across the globe and especially in Jordan.

    Cons

The current ceo and his close team did nothing to improve the bank. No direction, strategy or plans. 6 years on the job and did nothing and will do nothing until retirement. Very bad leadership across. Low morale across. Service is bad. The chairman and the ceo must be replaced with new experienced ones.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and resign. Shareholders, employees and customers are hurting.
