Bosses are pretty easy going.

Can get really busy and you are going to be understaff most of the time.

The teams across all stores have trauma bonded. Lovely staff who are severely used, abused and undervalued. The nice managers had the sense to move on and take people with them.

Worst company imaginable! By far the most hostile toxic culture I have ever worked in that has been caused by head office. Zero benefits. Bullying, manipulation and discrimination by management is common. Rumours and gossip are taken as fact and blame culture is the default. Communication and accountability is nonexistent. Avoid for your own sanity.
