Does a daily to do list email sound like the the best way to manage a complex software project? Thats what you can look forward to here. Employees will be judged mostly on how much work they put into their daily to-do list emails. If you learn to use the strike through command to indicate completed tasks you will be treated like a wizard. If you spend too long here your skills will stagnate as they do not have a modern process or training. You will have to learn on your own outside work to keep up with the rest of the world.
