Pros
Having spent more than a decade at Argent, I would say it has never been easy yet rewarding in technical and career aspects. Excellent place to be in, if you want to explore new areas of development and to associate and communicate with exceptional list of customers and co-workers. But it comes at the expense of consistent hard work. Top management does not believe in competing but excelling. There is no place for complacency when you work with the CEO. Consistency and perseverance play bigger roles than technical gimmicks. Demanding CEO pushes you beyond your limit and you realize what you can do. In the absence of rigid hierarchy and politics, you are always on the top and bottom of the ladder, which facilitates unparalleled opportunities for technical and managerial learning.
