      Pros

      Small business atmosphere, colleagues were really wonderful. Close to a lot of amenities.

      Cons

      HR manger very unprofessional. Owner's are micromangers. Mid level managers are inexperienced. Insurance is overly expensive with high deductible's. You are never treated like a valued employee.

      Good company, they really turned things around over from what they used to be. Great culture, people, and lots of room to grow in your career
