Nothing as a cons really the best company I have worked for!

The management is quite friendly when you talk to them, this is also why my interview was quite easy-going. This is also apparent in meetings.

Poor communication and management. The workflow was not smooth because there was a significant delay in exchanging communications with the management. There was also contradicting ideas and instructions thus leading to confusion. There was no proper guidelines and work system.
