Pros
Private company run like a family business, everyone is very friendly. Not one day is the same which makes the days go very fast. There is fair amount of international travel which is what I enjoy. Company benefits are very attractive with private healthcare, pension and holidays which increase with the years of service. Salary is one of the best on the market and is reviewed annually. Management is very approachable and there is a great sense of purpose within each team. The company is run by highly intelligent and talented people and it shows....
