      work from home, choose your own schedule between the hours that are available to you

      Cons

      You are fined for LOIE $100 and PUC $500 if you get a customer complaint. This is not listed in the info section before you pay for the training class, Partner Support says you have to pay the fines or your whole business will not be able to take another class.

      Flexible scheduling and being able to work for different clients.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the work. We look for stability in being able to schedule time as an independent contractor. I've been with Arise since June 2022; currently Arise seems to have consistent problems with available hours and empatherically responding to pay issues
