      Pros

      Some pretty cool technology. I love my direct teammates on the engineering team. Good benefits.

      Cons

      I joined Armory because I had immense respect for the three founders. Unfortunately two out of the three founders have since left the company and a new CEO (Jim Douglas) was brought in. With the change in exec team came 1990s old boys club culture. Salary transparency was rolled back, sales reps harassed female employees and clients.

      Pros

      The people at armory that I worked day-to-day with were phenomenal. Good compensation during the pandemic. Remote-first made work very flexible.

      Cons

      Limited funds to have face-to-face meetups, lack of product direction in an undefined market, sometimes to many cooks in the kitchen.
