Pros
Company has a charity committee that raises money for a specific local organization. I enjoyed the members on my team and the support that we all had for each other. It was easier to go to them for assistance than it was to go to your manager.
Cons
Management does not care - coworker was called incompetent to do their job. They act like it is a burden to speak with them unless they are your favorite (which is very clear to everyone on the floor who they are) HR does not care to have a conversation with you unless you are management, ignores you even when its just the two of you in the elevator. Also, does not take anything you have to say seriously and will ignore any claims you make with her. The company is going through some tough times - lots of turn over, loss of business and have to outsource a lot of their work to China. Progression in the company is blocked at every corner. You may or may not get a bonus each year, depends on how the company did that year - 2017 bonus was not given to everyone - only specific individuals got one. I could go on, but there really is to many cons that outweigh the pros. It's unfortunate because it could really be a great place to work and used to be when i first started.
