Business services team development fully encouraged and supported, positive and welcoming culture, very ambitious mindset which filters down, private healthcare, free lunches, accredited training, fun staff parties and giveaways, sports equipment in the office. Absolutely brilliant.
Cons
Overtime expected from most lawyers you work with, can be hard to set boundaries.
