Standard perks of working for a global law firm in terms of depth and breadth of work. Good health care coverage.
Cons
No culture within the firm with little or no interest to cultivating it amongst the partners. Office is a dead zone - closed doors and silence. No sense of teams / caring about employee welfare. Very hierarchical.
