1. You got few good and smart people working with you and you will be able to learn a lot from them provided they are not harassed by headquarter 2. Compensation and benefit could be very competitive if you join this company in the right time and right position 3. Career opportunity could be possibly rewarding
Cons
1. Endless and ridiculous target setting from upper management could easily confuse employees 2. Lots of repetitive pointless meeting with extremely short notice occupied all your time 3. Reporting line is a mess 4. Company culture is not friendly to new comer, orientation is nothing and training is surprisingly weak
