Leadership is toxic, dishonest and sexist. Ethics are nonexistent. Screaming matches and obscenities are the norm. There is no diversity in management. Sexism is pervasive at the executive level. Management has no direction and no understanding of business practices. Leadership lacks basic business acumen surrounding finance, strategy and planning. Opportunity for growth is severely limited and driven entirely by politics, not performance.People are frowned upon for taking their earned PTO and they expect you to be available during evenings, weekends, holiday time off and vacations.
