Pros

Some managers are supportive (although there is little to no room for mobility)

Cons

Only consider working for this company if you can manage long work hours! This company heavily relies on their analyst and entry-level positions to spend long hours completing administrative work. You feel obligated to put your head down and get through it while they continue to pile on to your schedule. This has also created a very negative culture where everyone is suffering together. Managers are also indirectly incentivized to not promote you because they can't afford to lose you from their team since the team is already trying to keep their heads above water due to the unrealistic workload. I saw 16 different people come and go from my team alone in a 2 year span. Once people see the inside of this company, they want to run away. Their turnover is out of control.
