      Pretty Responsive since they are a smaller firm

      Cons

      Unfortunately the thing they are slowest to adapt to are salary and working from home. What they say is tru about the harsh work life balance since they are constantly understaffed.

      Pros

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
