      -Lower (direct report) management has some of the best people you will get to know -Semi competitive pay -Great benefits and potential bonuses

      Cons

      -Comically understaffed with no intention to really change that -Some disconnects between upper and lower management -Low level of trust to individual contributors -No real commitment to reduce stress among employees

      Pros

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
