There's no shortage of new initiatives to own, and regardless of your job title, you are entrusted with a high degree of ownership over execution.

The rate of growth is staggering- 10x headcount in a year is no joke. Because of that, we’re often building the plane while flying it. If you need rigid structure or a predictable routine, you might struggle here. We are always assessing how to do things better, so "normal" is a moving target. Also, this is definitely not a 9-5 role. Since the environment is so high-trust and autonomous, it’s a great fit for someone who is disciplined with their time and knows how to prioritize their own boundaries.
