No cons the sacrifices needed were balanced

Welcoming, good location, updated office, genuinely supportive in-office teammates (which was so refreshing)!

Personal assistant work - which is fine but not what was on job posting. There are zero women working in any tech-related position.. I was told from the CEO was because women are less likely to leave their families/homes (which is what is expected from them). As a woman in tech who wanted to eventually move into a more challenging role, this was very disappointing to see. All of the women in office were incredible to work with, but expected to take on a sort of motherly role of decorating, cleaning and hand holding (even if not in their job description) - including cleaning the CEO's personal home.
