      remote job so no problem for transportation.

      Cons

      Worst higher management ever( not project managers) They will ask you to turn on time doctor (time tracking software) and then they will doubt you again and again about your performance even though you work you a-off.

      Pros

      Everyone on the team works well together and is always happy to help or share their knowledge. It's an excellent location to learn and develop professionally.

      Cons

      The workload can be fairly hard, especially around project launches. However, the crew is always available to help each other, making the situation manageable and even enjoyable.
