Pros

Working as an Admissions Counselor at AstrialLearning has been incredibly fulfilling. The team is welcoming and dedicated to helping prospective students find their ideal educational paths. The training was comprehensive, and I always feel supported by my managers. It’s inspiring to be part of a mission-driven company that values inclusivity and accessibility in education. Plus, the positive office atmosphere makes coming to work a joy every day. I’m proud to contribute to AstrialLearning’s success and growth.

Pros

100% Remote work from anywhere in the world.

Cons

Management should consider avoiding micromanagement, which has not helped the organization. Time Doctor does not guarantee the best performance in workers. People with better qualifications and experience should help the organization grow rather than family members, friends, or ex-wives. The lack of culture is what hurts the workforce the most. Not seeing each other on camera does not help have a better employee experience. It is a toxic environment where upper management and their friends have a reason and do not support employees who have good performance because they are not part of their circle. They do not know how to prioritize and expect workers to do everything at once and constantly add more workload.
