Pros

Decent base salary, I liked some of the teachings Bernie Howroyd taught

Cons

I was told to lie about having jobs so I could bring people in to get leads from them as in where they were working at so I could call their bosses to see if they had job orders. I also had to lie to unemployed people, telling them there were jobs when there weren't. I said I felt bad because of the gas/hope I was giving them when there were no jobs to fill. I was told to suck it up and I'd have to meet my quota. My managers came and went and no one knew what they were doing. I was a recruiter but had to train full desk people who lied about having experience when they didn't have any. Lots of gossip and backstabbing. This company didn't pay my vacation or commissions when I left. I made the most commission so they got rid of me. They had laid off the secretary weeks before that so I was doing payroll and answering phones. I had to go to the labor board to get my money and I got most of it by the way, even though they tried lying. When you leave/fire you, they won't pay your vacation. How horrible! My manager also tried to get me to work weekends and after the office closed and even lied to me about how there was a new law that 48 hours was mandatory full time. When I was sick, she wouldn't let me leave the office. I am so thankful I don't have to work for such scumbags.

Pros

Very easy to work with. Great communication and delivered on expectations. You cant ask for more than that.

Cons

There were really no downsides to working with this company. As I stated this is one of few companies I can say this about.

Pros

The success of this company is a direct result of the upper management and the fine recruiters from whom you constantly learn and develop your skills. The upper management posses a great industry knowledge, encourage a positive upbeat attitude, and sincerely care about your success. Whether your are a beginner or a senior recruiter, At-Tech is a great company to begin or continue your professional career journey. Business wise - it has the highest commission compensation structure for recruiters as well as the business developers. At-Tech also has great clients with a constant supply of new orders offering great spreads to recruiters. They have also earned the preferred Tier 1 vendor title with many of their clients - which translates into the great advantage of having the priority to present your candidates first before all the other staffing agencies have the chance to do so.

Cons

Not the place for those who are looking for just a regular day job - collect a check and call it a day mentality. Those that have the passion for recruiting and want a piece of the billion dollar industry with no limitations, At-Tech is the company to take you there.
