Pros
Hard to think of too many pros. I’ve met more than a few great, hardworking, brilliant colleagues here. Unfortunately these qualities were not very common in their leadership ranks though.
Cons
The CEO is the source of the toxicity in this company. I strongly urge anyone interacting with him to disregard literally everything that comes out of his mouth, the man can’t stop lying. I’ve never met anyone that feels so comfortable lying. He doesn’t even blink, comes up with the craziest stuff on the spot -and he is so convincing that I’ve seen him lie to professionals with decades of experience and get them to trust him no questions asked even when it made absolutely no sense. It is strange. If you work with him directly he is going to appear supportive but manipulate you the whole time. You’ll be gaslit, lied to, berated, and be made to believe that this is for your own good. Believe me, it isn’t. You are at best a tool he uses to live out his delusions of grandeur. You are in a cult and you need to get out. The leadership around and directly below him are in lockstep with him, it is not possible to criticize him and keep your job anyway. So nobody really questions MG, or can do anything that might hurt his ego. You have to brown nose him, otherwise he’ll wear you down, bully you, and leverage others to subject you to mobbing until you give up and leave. And they won’t even stop there. It is so toxic in this place that they’ll actively badmouth you to your former colleagues, customers, and even prospective employers years after you leave. I’ve heard from several contacts since I left that they made an effort to reach out to them to badmouth me. Bad, bad people. They paid people to enter positive reviews here for years by the way, I’m glad that seems to have been solved and people can finally see what an awful, toxic, cultish workplace this company is.
