      Given real autonomy to manage complex operations, learning a ton from a supportive team. Leadership is approachable, values problem-solving, making it easy to share ideas and take initiative. Every project brings something new, keeping the work interesting and engaging.

      Cons

      No real downside, any issues are handled quickly.

      Not really much to say here.

      Cons

      The leadership is rotten to the core. They were good liars and often left people guessing about what was going on. Communication is literally the worst, updates were rarely clear. There was a lot of control over small tasks, which made the work feel heavier than it needed to be. Managers got involved in everything, which slowed things down instead of helping. The systems were messy and did not work properly most of the time. A lot of people left quickly. Huge disappointment.
