      Pros

      I've worked at Atak for almost two years and I can honestly say this is the best company I've worked for. I feel like Atak genuinely cares and wants the best for its employees. While working remotely I feel the company does its best to connect everyone such as monthly group events and a yearly Atak fest meet up. All the staff are great people and everyone gets along. Atak has great processes for doing things that make sense and make everything run smooth. I feel listened to and respected and recommend this company to both future employees and clients.

      Cons

      While it is a remote position for me, it comes with the work at home problems such as interruptions that come with the territory.

      - Great company culture - Leadership takes the initiative to get into the weeds themselves and provide guidance - Growth is encouraged and prioritized - There isn't a micromanagement mindset here, and strategists are empowered to flex their abilities and work with accounts that challenge them

      None come to mind- ATAK is great!

      Pros

      The people and culture are great. Everyone gets along well, and those in higher positions know what they're doing. Clients are pretty cool too.

      Cons

      There's no room for growth. Multiple employees complain about a lack of raises and promotions. They have an unprofessional way of letting people go and communicating with the team.
