Pros

Pay is not bad, you will not get fired ever because company doesn’t like to pay time served in the company.

Cons

I suffered harassment from my direct boss, this boss was recording private conversations with clients and employees. This person wanted my position for her former couple, so another position was offered to me without going through any process. I said no and that was enough for my boss to harass me every single day. I talked to HR and my accusations were a joke to them. HR told my boss directly what I said and it was worse. My boss held meetings with the team planning how to go against me and telling everyone not to talk to me. I quit however I am still suffering from this person’s harassment I can see in my personal media sites that she is trying to stalk me. Not only she is a legal danger to the account by recording client conversations without authorization but definitely this person has issues of letting things go. If I continue seeing this behavior from her I will definitely will legally proceed. For me it was by far the worst experience of my life.

Pros

There are no meaningful pros to highlight. The work environment lacks growth opportunities, support, and stability, and employees are frequently placed on PIPs without proper guidance or development. The experience may clarify what you do not want in a future workplace, but beyond that, there are no real advantages to note.

Cons

• There are no real opportunities for growth, as development and advancement are not supported or encouraged. • Employees are frequently placed on PIPs with little to no guidance, often used as a fast track to push people out rather than help them improve. • Management provides minimal support, inconsistent direction, and very limited communication, leaving teams without clarity or leadership. • The company prioritizes serving major clients like TikTok while providing little support or investment in its own employees, creating a clear imbalance in priorities. • Internal teams often feel overlooked, and leadership focuses more on external deliverables than on employee well‑being or success. • The work environment is so toxic and unstable that employees struggle to properly perform their jobs due to constant pressure, unclear expectations, and lack of support. • QA, leadership, and SMEs lack alignment and accountability, causing repeated issues and preventing meaningful improvement. • Feedback is rarely constructive, and decisions are made without transparency or employee involvement. • The culture encourages fear, self‑protection, and high stress, rather than collaboration, trust, or long‑term stability. • High turnover and ongoing organizational issues make it difficult to feel secure, supported, or valued in your role.
