Great people but limited hours available - Physcial Therapist Aide Athletico Employee Review

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

-Great opportunity to form longstanding relationships with patients -Lots of independence provided, but also support when you have questions -Physical therapists are very nice and treat you like a valuable part of the team

-Not great pay -Can feel like you are expected to understand certain administrative tasks very quickly
